Our HistoryFlaming Phoenix was founded in 2013 from the FLL team Chef Bot-ardees by mentor Luci McClure. Beginning in the Block Party season, Flaming Phoenix has seen considerable success over the past five seasons, including multiple state-level awards, wins and inspire nominations, a playoff appearance at the East Super-Regional, and a PTC Design nomination at the world championships in St. Louis.
Flaming Phoenix has grown substantially over the past years, beginning with 7 students and 3 mentors in 2013, to have 11 students, 4 mentors, and 15 alumni by the 2018-19 season. |
